Study Pal is a learning app operated by CediSmart Solutions for Ghanaian JHS and SHS students preparing for the BECE and WASSCE. By using Study Pal you agree to these terms.
Who can use Study Pal
Learners under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register the account on their behalf. Guardians remain responsible for the learner's use of the service.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private.
- Provide accurate information at signup.
- One learner per account for now — do not share accounts across multiple learners.
Acceptable use
- Use Study Pal for personal study and preparation.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape content in bulk, or misuse the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful content.
Content
All practice questions, explanations, and interface content on Study Pal are the property of CediSmart Solutions or are used under licence. Questions are original and modelled on the BECE and WASSCE style; Study Pal is not affiliated with WAEC.
StudyPal Plus payments and access
- StudyPal Plus is sold as a one-off access period: GHS 29 for 30-day access or GHS 229 for 1-year access. There is no automatic renewal and no card or Mobile Money mandate is stored — when a period ends, you simply choose whether to buy another.
- Payments are processed in Ghana Cedis by Paystack (card, Mobile Money and bank transfer). CediSmart Solutions never receives or stores your card or Mobile Money details.
- Access is activated only after the payment is verified with Paystack. We keep a record of each transaction (reference, plan, amount, currency, status and access dates) for accounting and support.
- Digital access begins immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or access did not activate, email us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund where a duplicate or failed activation is confirmed.
- Free practice remains available every day whether or not you buy Plus.
No guarantee of exam results
Study Pal helps you practise, but we do not guarantee any specific exam result or grade.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
